  • Antiques - There will be a select inventory of country antiques and accessories for sale. Some furniture items may be the end result of a restoration or repair project that is documented with photos and descriptions to show how the item was repaired. Many of these will be one of a kind items available for sale to the general public.
  • Reproduction Furniture & Accessory Items - These will be one of a kind pieces we build based on selected original primitive country antiques mostly from the 19th century. Our selection emphasis for candidates to reproduce will be based on the combination of unusual or attractive form and real world functionality. The construction and/or finishing of many of these pieces will be documented with photos and descriptions. The difference between these and our wholesale products is that there will only be one of these items in most cases, they will be more authentic in construction and finish, many will be a little higher end product , the build process will be documented on the site in many cases and some of these items will be offered for sale to the general public.
  • 18th, 19th and Early 20th Century Newspapers, Magazines, & Other Ephemeral Items - We will be offering a select catalog of antique newspapers, magazines, prints, documents, and other ephemera.
  • Documented Projects, Instructions, Repurposing Ideas, Decorating Ideas, Etc. - We will have a section where we show in some detail with photos and descriptions how to accomplish selected repair projects of antique primitive items, how to's on many primitive furniture and accessory topics, repurposing ideas, and general country decorating ideas. We also hope to do some of the paint and paint decorating processes that we either haven't done before or haven't done for a long time such as vinegar painting, grain painting, etc.
  • Historic Items & Articles - This section will contain mostly images from newspapers and magazines of articles that catch our eye, instructional items primarily from the 19th century such as "How To Make Whitewash", "19th Century Recipes", Ganes & Puzzles (we have a lot of publications that have many early Rebuses, word games, etc.). Also, there will be an extensive section of old newspaper and magazine ads - some of the art work is amazing. Perhaps a little original poetry - this was very commonplace in newspapers and magazines of the 19th century, and who knows what else.
  • Photo Albums - Collections of Rural Americana photos such as barns, rural scenes, old farm machinery, etc. mostly from the Southern Tier of NewYork and the Northern Tier of Central PA.
